Summer is in full swing and we've been having a LOT of rain! Did you know one of the best things you can do to protect your building and add years to it's life is to install gutters and downspouts? This is a minimal cost and easily done by a do-it-yourself person. Without a downspout system all the rain from the roof runoff pours down the side of the building and onto the ground and then splashes onto the lower edge of the building.
